Cook the ground turkey, add the remaining ingredients, and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Do not add water, this should be thick.Pour 1.5 cups of chili onto four, fruit roll sheets or parchment paper and spread evenly.Dehydrate according to your dehydrator's instructions and put each 1.5 cup portion in a freezer bag for storage.When ready to eat, rehydrate in a cook pot or freezer bag with 1.5-2 cups hot water. Serve with Fritos and cheese.Makes 4 generous portions.Suggestion: add 1 cup of cooked quinoa to the chili before dehydrating.
