Peel and slice the apples.Roll out two portions of the Perfect Pie Crust on a floured surface.Put one portion of the unbaked crust in a baking dish, lightly pressing the dough into the bottom and sides of the dish.Combine the apple pie ingredients and fill the unbaked crust.Place the other unbaked crust on top, trim the edges, and score the top.Cover the edges with foil or use a pie shield and bake at 375* for 35 minutes.Remove the foil or shield and bake an additional 10-20 minutes until crust is lightly brown.
