Preperation
1) At Home combine all ingredients except olive oil, water, chorizo and hot sauce in a ziploc bag
2) Combine all ingredients in camp and simmer for 20 minutes.
Variation - Substitute with instant rice and add a pinch of saffron threads.

Uh you are off the scale on sodium (IMO) my best guess is 42% or better. please figure out how to bring it down, the OTC rice, and the seasoning will top over 50% Far too much salt.
