my theory...animals eat what's easiest and according to what nutrients they're deficient in. Small animals go for fingers, toes, noses, eyes, etc.
Why take the effort to break through ribs when the meat on the legs, arms, and abdomen are easier to access?Lost in the right direction. -

No but my wife once made some "burgers" for my son's Robotics team that I thought she labeled "Black Bear".
But actually it was "Black Bean" for the vegetarians who might not eat all the hamburgers that I had grilled.The road to glory cannot be followed with much baggage.

I didn't shoot it, a friend did. And I can say it was really good. He slow cooked it in a covered pit , what I would call Hawaiian style. It is a dark meat like venison, but sweeter, like roast beef but coarser grain."Dazed and Confused"

Ive had bear chili it was really good Gave some to my daughter who thought it was regular chili and she loved it when told it was bear she went for secondsRIAPThe post was edited 1 time, last by A.T.Lt ().
