I'm not really impressed by how fast Karl did the AT, but I am glad he was able to achieve a goal he set out for himself.
It always feels good to achieve your own personal goal.

What do y'all think about the other FKT claim? I tend to give most people the benefit of the doubt but this sounds too good to be true.
Actually, it sort of pisses me off because she's hiking for a cause (sexual assault awareness) and if she's lying, she delegitimizes (is that a word) a very worthy and important cause.Lost in the right direction. -

I gotta call BS on her. I think she is hiking SOME of the trail but doing a lot of blue blazing. No way can you cover that much ground that fast and not get that gaunt emanciated look and get banged up."Dazed and Confused"

do a google search her. Criminal record. Reports of her in towns smoking and drinking not hiking. And hear that her charity donation link goes right to a personal account. And to top it all off it is an UNSUPPORTED hike.NO FRICKIN WAY. If it sounds too good to be true... if it walks like duck and talks like a duck. ..."Dazed and Confused"

Let's see, she has time to go into town to resupply, to stop at hostels to pick up mail drops, and to make videos...I'm having a hard time believing in this "record'. Not only that, but this is the return trip on a yo yo hike, ah, I don't think so. With that said, I've been wrong before.
