we always have chili for the super bowl. We should call it the "souper" bowl. But then we have other snack items for munching, like guacamole, deviled eggs, bacon appetizers, cheese and crackers.
There are two foods I find fun to say. Guacamole and mango chutney. -

Dogs are excellent judges of character, this fact goes a long way toward explaining why some people don't like being around them. -
I'm also a sucker for chili dogs. May have to make one with tomorrow's chili. Always in search of a great hot dog joint.
In GR, there is One Stop Coney and Jonny B'z. Yesterdog more famous and popular, but it really isn't that good.
A Grand Rapids dog is a Koegle's hot dog with Detroit style chili, shredded dill pickles, onions, mustard, and ketchup on a bun. -

there's a corn dog place by the beach in Grand Haven called Pronto Pup. It's actually a shack on the main drag that's all of about 80 square feet. I never get one as there is usually a line down the street.

I used to visit a hot dog joint in Chicago. It's since been demolished
But th y had the best Chicago-style hot dogs. The following recipe is close except for the lack of jalapeños.

In high school we always knew who was going to not get a kiss from his girlfriend when they used the drive up window at Dairy Queen to place an order.
Something about a cheap date because all he was buying was two frito pies and one soda. She would yell to the order window 'and put onions on.mine !'.
No microphone you just talked to a person.--

One Stop Coney has great dogs (GR, Detroit, Flint, and Chicago style), but the star is the Belgian style fries with curry mayo. Yum.

When I was a kid Dairy Queen made good chili dogs. But since they dropped the shrimp basquet and their burgers went down hill I don't eat there any more.
Getting a good shrimp basquet or po'or. Boy sandwich is also painful up here. Dang it.--

Ugh, this is what I deal with at work every single day. Thank goodness I only work 3 days a week. My spinach and kale salad isn't cutting it today but my willpower is strong.
On a positive note...did 5 full push ups in a row last night, rested and did 3 more.Lost in the right direction. -

Based on y'alls comments, I bought some raw, unpasteurized, certified organic, unfiltered, naturally gluten free, non GMO, apple cider vinegar.
So far, I haven't found a good time to try it. It doesn't sound good with morning coffee. Do y'all mix it with something? I thought about mixing a tsp of vinegar with a tsp of honey. There's a recipe on the bottle that says to mix with a full glass of water. I'd rather get it over with quickly.Lost in the right direction. -

Or, put a teaspoon of EVOO and a tablespoon of your vinegar in a jar and shake. Add basil and garlic and shake again. Pour over cucumbers and onions in a bowl. Toss. Grind some black pepper on top. Sprinkle some sea salt on it all and yum. YMMV... -
