Apparently a horse died and the Enloe Creek Trail is currently closed, which means my BMT segment is now over. I'm currently in Cherokee figuring out the next move. I may hop up to Hot Springs.

Today was a beautiful day, mid 60s, little breeze, blue sky and bright sun. We took our bicycles out and did a leisurely 10.24 miles. Very enjoyable! Pretty much just the opposite of Race Across America.

For my birthday, I gifted myself a new sports watch, a Garmin Venu 3S. I really loved my Suunto but got my money’s worth out of it and was tired of using an HRM strap. I love my new watch, it’s easy to use and isn’t as big and clunky as the…
