I'm jealous, I can't remember the last time I rode my bicycle . Once my foot is better and I'm retired I plan on riding a lot.

I rode an easy’ish 10.5 miles last week without any foot pain. It was great but I’m not where I should be for the July, C&O Canal trip so have decided to cancel. It’s a relief to not have the pressure of getting ready and to focus more on hiking.
