    thanks for the info. Kathy's got an appointment for tomorrow morning at a local dentist. This is keeping us in town 2 days longer than the single zero we wanted.

    Kathy and I finally made it to Front Royal,VA. Some businesses have made a Hiker's base camp, a place for free showers and laundry. Of course they kn ow you'll spend money while waiting for your turn at shower and laundry. Turns out we'll be in town…

    Enjoy! I loved those weekly stops in town. Don't know anything about Front Royal though; didn't spend any time there.
