Nice! She shares some of my shameful vices (trail cooking and photography being among them...).
I still want to complete some of my lists - not to 'succeed' or get the patch, but because the peaks and trail portions I've done on them have been cool places and I want to see the rest of them. All in due time.I'm not lost. I know where I am. I'm right here. -
She echos some of my sentiments as well. it didn't take long for me to realize a thru-hikeer would I never make. My body just requires to much repair between outings...and so, I'm resolved to "hike for hiking"
...it's all good.
Cool Blog too

4 days later I am still not fully recovered from my 23 miles around Springer. Yesterday I walked awkwardly. Today I walk slowly. Tomorrow maybe I will try mall-walking.I am human and I need to be loved - just like everybody else does -

I do fine the day after, it's the 2nd day after that the soreness sets in. A foam roller works wonders...it's painful but it works.
Lost in the right direction. -

Tj, I pull out all the stops, warm bath, olives, Palm fans...
my wife will draw the bath, but draws the line at the olives and fans.
