What I am interested in are the mechanics of what are, and what makes a good binder for diy granola bars. As I have watched a number of Youtube videos, it seems that a peanut butter and honey mixture is used be nearly every. But what would make good or band binders? Chocolate? Marshmallow and butter (ala rice crispy treats)? I am not so much interested in granola bar recipes, but different effective binders and what ways to vary them or use them for different flavors or textures.
