I guess I prefer the twang. The golden age for me was like 40 years ago.

It's not against the law. I still have my Dad's. I remember taking a course in HS, but I don't remember the functions of the SR.

It's not as if he'll have anything to do during the birth. He already did his part nine months ago.

I had quiznos during my firsts delivery. I remember it was an Italian on white with lettuce, tomato, red onions, green peppers, olives, provolone cheese, Italian dressing, mayonnaise and mustard. The sandwich was ok.
I had Wendy's for the second. A spicy chicken sandwich with extra mayonnaise.
It's the details that you remember years later.

Yup. I owned at least four: a 16-inch Charvoz-Roos that lived in my desk for when I needed the accuracy, a 10-inch K+E that came to class with me, a pocket Pickett, and an E6B "whiz wheel". At the time, I was familiar enough with them that I was doing operations that weren't in the manual (combinations of scales other than the recommended ones - essentially, skipping steps).
I sure am glad those days are gone.
