This morning I walked out to the parking garage at the hospital and a one foot diameter circle of concrete and plaster fell from the ceiling less than 10 feet from me as I walked by. I assumed it was due to all of the moisture from the snow.

I think I might try checking for cracks next time I park my car in a garage during the winter time.
