I thought every thread was the beer thread!
Do we have a whiskey thread?Dogs are excellent judges of character, this fact goes a long way toward explaining why some people don't like being around them. -

I doubt you saw this movie - but it was a winner - "The Shadow" with Alec Baldwin... This scene is cut short and doesn't contain the moment about American Bourbon It was slightly before or after this moment.- Whiskey is for Irish and others. Bourbon is truly American winning moment and directly caused by the whiskey war and the Scotts-Irish, to hell with Canadian sweet- tis too sugary - the mellow flavors of charcoal, wood and aging make American Bourbon king of the hill.
Be wise enough to walk away from the nonsense around you! -

I like the three kids having a conversation about his Pop sellin' the family car and the price, and a friends saying "you didn't tell your dad about the time my hamster had babies I the back seat" and the kid replies...
"that's just normal wear and tear dude" -

There was a lot of conversation a while back about pumpkin beer so today I got some, I expected it to taste like pith but wasn't bad at all, Blue Moon Harvest Pumpkin Ale, I'll stay with PBR and Highlife as regulars but it was a good variation, got a six-pack of them so I guess I better get at it.I may grow old but I'll never grow up.

I have a friend who made a pumpkin ale by making a regular ale (no pumpkin in the recipe) but then used a large hollowed out pumpkin as a fermentor. I rather liked it.
