uh not as bad as others... yea I am all about salt - (sea salt) but I paid top dollar for that... this is under a $1.50 so I get it.
I am a little more focused at looking at weight, calories, flavor & shelf life.
This is no slim jim.@33% sodium. I can live with 18%Be wise enough to walk away from the nonsense around you! -

Yea but sodium is in MG and even eating raw spinich will have 24mg of sodium per cup, so its important to know how small a MG is and keep it all in perspective, without Salt and more importantly Potassium - you die.
Go to a restaurant - you might get an overdose....Be wise enough to walk away from the nonsense around you! -

Don't care.

I don't worry too much about salt since I exercise and sweat so much but I don't add it to anything except french fries and eggs.
Cinnamon with olive oil and garlic? I'll have to try that.Lost in the right direction. -

I don't mind salt on the trail. It is treated as a poison in my home, but a friend on the trail.
I have a deal with my doctor: on any day spent hiking I can eat whatever I damned well please. The last time I saw him, my BP was 110/65, my lipid profile and blood sugar had all the numbers right in the middle of the normal range, and he said that a 58-year-old who is coming out with numbers like that must be doing something right.I'm not lost. I know where I am. I'm right here. -

Thought about you tonight Oz. My youngest ordered a 10oz steak. When they brought it out it looked small, so I said I believe that is only the 6oz. Sure enough, so they made him another 6oz one. He was happy for the extra 2 oz. Made me think about all the times over at TOS when you had internet access you had usually just got eating a steak. The road to glory cannot be followed with much baggage.

Coach - Pepperoni has the same shelf life and has the same amount of sodium depending on manufacture about 35 MG per slice.Be wise enough to walk away from the nonsense around you!
