Ha, ha, when I first glanced at this thread I thought it said Milk IV. Now I know you guys talk about about some pretty weird stuff, but why would someone put milk in their IV? I had to read on...

OK, I have a selfish request for MLK IV.
If this shindig starts on a Friday I request that Friday night's camp site is someplace easy to walk into in the dark'.
Chances are that we'll be walking in during the middle of the night.
I'm looking at the Long Path, thru Harriman, loops and bail out parking lots.Cheesecake> Ramen -

Are we looking another Friday -Monday hike? It is looking like I will probably be able to make it for either Saturday or Sunday night.Dogs are excellent judges of character, this fact goes a long way toward explaining why some people don't like being around them.

last year, we picked a spot to meet Saturday nite. Some folks were out friday and did a walk. Some meet Saturday morning, others parked wherever, did their own walk. We all camped together Saturday nite. The plan was to do a group day hike sunday, camp somewhere and then leave our separate ways on Monday. The Sunday ice storm sent everyone home via the quickest route to their vehicles.
I think we can plan the same for this year....just what part of the park?Cheesecake> Ramen -
