It’s amazing the profound effect wolves have when they are removed from their natural environment. As this video explains, when wolves were unnaturally removed from Yellowstone National Park, it caused a negative chain reaction and affected the way rivers flow. When wolves were re-introduced, nature became balanced again.
This really got me thinking about how interconnected all life on the planet is. It’s well worth the time to watch this.

The Do-Nothings strike again. Sad.

The sad part is that, in general, both sides of the aisle supported this fund. A few extremists (or bought politicians) derailed it.

And the arguments that derailed it had nothing to do with its merits. It's all about "we're going to hold our breath until we turn blue and not vote for any programs unless..." brinksmanship.

I thought Will Rogers died in a plane crash back in 1935.

Right, there's only one Will Rodgers...the rest are aliens.

I like it when they do nothing, that means they're not pissing away more tax dollars.
