I have a bachelor of Science in computer science. I decided to forget 10 semester hours of calculus and repair computers.
Didn't pay as much as writing computer software but it was less nerve wracking.--

I just finished Mark Greaney's latest in the Gray Man series: Gunmetal Gray.
I loved the previous books in the series but this one didn't really do a lot for me. I'm not really sure why. Decent book, but it wasn't a page-turner by any means, at least not for me. YMMV of course.Do your duty in all things. You cannot do more, you should never wish to do less. - Robert E. Lee -

Shoot like a Girl
Mary Jennings writes of her experiences of flying medevac helicopters while deployed to Afghanistan, becoming wounded, shot down, and during her crew's extraction laying down suppressive fire.
Ironically this action occurred during a time when DOD was not allowing women in combat roles.

Women have been in combat for thousands of years. Its just recently they were able to defend themselves. The Vikings TV show not with standing.--

The only problem I have had with the ancestry . com dna test is it doesn't show my Native American ancestry. And yet Native Americans tell me they see such ancestry in my facial features. Oh well.--

Dogs are excellent judges of character, this fact goes a long way toward explaining why some people don't like being around them. -
Right now I'm reading online reviews of a hostel in Conway. It's darn funny, nearly all reviews are 5 or 4 star, but every tenth one is a 1 star review from someone who clearly didn't understand how hostels work.Dogs are excellent judges of character, this fact goes a long way toward explaining why some people don't like being around them.
