Freakinomics RadioDogs are excellent judges of character, this fact goes a long way toward explaining why some people don't like being around them. -

I didn't mean to imply that it's background noise. I enjoy the show even if I can't relate to some of it.Lost in the right direction. -

i havent listened to that podcast for at least a year - maybe 2 - as the signal to noise ratio seemed to be about 10% a.t and 90% other stuff. maybe its gotten more focused. anyway, i'm sure most everyone here has heard the story of when jack found the dead body in the doyle. they do 2 episodes where they interview jack, and during one of the episodes jack discusses this. its hilarious and worth the time doing a search for it. both episodes are worth listening to for podcast people.2,000 miler

I just listened to the May 26th Trail Show and really enjoyed it. I really liked the philosophical discussion about long distance and short distance hiking and how a hiker's perspective changes as life choices and life circumstances change. Even though they talk about trails that I will never hike, they always include something about the featured trail that is universally interesting.Lost in the right direction.
