I'm not a gambler, but for those who are, the over/under for the number of times Taylor is shown during the Super Bowl broadcast is 5 1/2.

Well, it is a "foot bridge" -- and the longest foot only bridge on the AT -- but the "foot" part refers to Bill Foot who was responsible for getting the bridge built and who the bridge is dedicated to. He and his wife were 1987 2,000 milers and called themselves the Happy Feet. He did a bunch of other stuff which I'm sure Google can tell you about.

RIP Toby Keith. He supposedly wrote this in 20 minutes after the 911 attack. There's a version that I haven't seen in years that had the Statue of Liberty shaking her fist at the appropriate place in the lyrics. lol, if bikers are the same as hikers I'm sure google can take you to plenty of people who will tell you what your bike should weigh empty and what it should weigh fully loaded for touring.

Another poorly written question. The answer given would be what you would see as you hike the trail either NOBO or SOBO. The total blazes on the AT would be approximately twice that amount.

General Beauregard Lee, the local groundhog, predicted an early spring. He nailed it; today was 68 degrees. Unfortunately, it appears that ALL the groundhogs around the country predicted an early spring. Just more evidence of climate change that humans will ignore. Why do the groundhogs understand what so many of us don't? ♦ Buckeye Chuck, Marion, Ohio — Spring ♦ Fred la Marmotte, Quebec, Canada — Spring ♦ Gen. Quote from IMScotty: “Today's question is incorrect. 'Peace Pilgrim' was the first woman to thru-hike the AT. ” I have to admit that I'm a bit bothered that a flip flop rather is considered a thru hike rather than terminus to terminus. I'm in the distinct minority. Where's Matt C when ya need a ruling? (But I'll go to my grave arguing that the ATC definition is ridiculous.)

Netflix has a documentary which came out a few days ago about the making of "We Are The World" titled "The Greatest Night In Pop". I'll admit I never once wondered "How did they do that?" but if I had I wouldn't have guessed how the process went. Here's the song. There is another version on YouTube that has the names of the performers instead of the lyrics although I recognized everyone except for a couple from sight. He offered a guided thru hike of the AT for $90,000. Or the Long Trail for $20,000. If that is too pricey he also offered 2 daily 4 hour day hikes to Mt. Pemigewasset in the Whites for $100 a person. Get 3 of your friends to tag along and the price dropped to $90 each. (That's "base price" so maybe he also sold snacks and/or rented gear.) northeasttrekkingcompany.com/appointments-1
