    The other day I had an article on my phone about a man from N.J. who died on the AT in Pennsylvania. His body was found the day after someone reported him missing. Technically it wasn't a rescue so I didn't post it here.

    I’ll ask my son about the TOPO, see what he thinks. He’s a shoe expert. Is your question about the fad referring to the Hoka’s? Hokas are great and the majority of nurses that I work with wear them. They are very comfortable and supportive.

    You can turn off those "time to move" reminders. Google will reveal the steps since I can't remember how. I always thought they were funny when they went off while in a plane or driving.

    Looks like SAR will have a busy season in the Whites. Luckilly, a pretty easy rescue and positive outcome here... boston.com/news/local-news/202…-h-trail/?p1=hp_secondary
