      It is the rear & right rear window you can not obstruct......I have been pulled over numerous times in my driving career. I have been putting stickers on that window of my vehicles since my first Cherokee in 88, NO cop has ever said a word about them, in any state! :)

      Adam was a former high school student of mine and the son of a close friend. Elizabeth was the first female EOD technician I had the privilege to meet. She talked of her experiences to my students prior to her deployment. I think of the three daily. Thanks for asking.
