And apple, and onion, and celery, and the seasoning in the sausage is never quite right so probably some sage and Italian parsley. Maybe some extra butter, depending on how much grease you get from the sausage and how fat the bird is. An egg or two to bind it together. My grandmother would throw in some chopped walnuts and perhaps some cranberries or raisins, but I leave those out.
Oh, and returning from the blue blaze, I don't usually drink wine with a turkey dinner. I like a nice fall cider instead. Or maybe perry if I can find it.

Celery, onion, herbs, etc are all part but the pork to bread ratio is the important part for meSometimes you will never know the value of a moment until it becomes a memory.

It's gotta be hard to run a place that just gets probably a weak to fair business 11 months out of the year and then slammed for one week without help that can handle it. Too bad. I had pizza and spaghetti that was great in the off season and the poor service that is spoken of during Trail Days. The place stands a chance but needs major changes.
I hope somebody gives it another try.Changes Daily→ ♪♫♪♫♪♫♪♫ ♪♫♪♫♪♫ ← Don't blame me. It's That Lonesome Guitar. -

We're shameless winos at our house. I make wine. So when you have three hundred bottles in the cellar, that's what you're having. I even have a few award winners. My favorite recipe is the one I call "Dragon Blood", which is a triple-berry wine (blueberry/blackberry/raspberry) with a hint of lemon. Sweet+Tart+Fruity. I make lots of it for friends and family.
I'll have some with me at the FFKO in May! Another reason to make the switch!
