Oh I've put down stuff to kill them. Problem is neither neighbor on either side of me does anything to their yard, no weed killer, no fertilizer, no diazinon, no nothing. The ahole on one side won't even cut his weeds until he gets a notice from the county- ahole needs to get an apartment.

I would do a swipe with the weed killer and grubacide in both neighbors yards that bodrer you...just so you have a it of a barrier....Seriously that would drive me insane!

I had to google that one. Looks good, I've had stuffed peppers before, just plain green bell peppers. How do those taste different?
