Gonna have to wait till it cools down a little later to go outside. I'm gonna try my first mile over at the park after supper. Had the last of the 5 injections in my knees yesterday. Rehab has cut me loose. No more electric stimulation or ultrasound. Said go ahead and give a mile a try and if it feels okay try it again tomorrow. But first - first I'm gonna take a nap. You know what that tropical weather does to you.Changes Daily→ ♪♫♪♫♪♫♪♫ ♪♫♪♫♪♫ ← Don't blame me. It's That Lonesome Guitar. -

Black diamond sabertooth pro, i'm looking forward to awkwardly struggling and barely pulling myself up some frozen waterfalls in the berkshires this winter.
Dogs are excellent judges of character, this fact goes a long way toward explaining why some people don't like being around them. -

It's slowly burning off with a high expected to be 78º. I'm going for 1000m today in the pool. I did my first mile last night at the park and the knees are feeling okay. Just gonna keep at it and watching closely.Changes Daily→ ♪♫♪♫♪♫♪♫ ♪♫♪♫♪♫ ← Don't blame me. It's That Lonesome Guitar. -

I've got 10* here... Getting a tad chilly out. Hey, can you send some of that Florida weather up this way? I think it is time to swap. :lol:There's no reason to become alarmed, and we hope you'll enjoy the rest of your flight. By the way, is there anyone on board who knows how to fly a plane?

In Montana they only sanded the busier intersections. You had to park on the right side of the street facing the right direction. Of course I was on the up hill side. There were times when I could not drive up my street. I would just put it in reverse and get it sliding downhill, hope I didn't bang any cars on the way down until I could hit the sand. I'll never forget it and don't want to remember it all that soon.Changes Daily→ ♪♫♪♫♪♫♪♫ ♪♫♪♫♪♫ ← Don't blame me. It's That Lonesome Guitar. -
