Jerky is pretty fantastic, don't you think? Well, what about BACON jerky? Brilliant! I thought so too, which is why we started making it in the first place. With so many mouth-watering flavors to choose from, I made it simple for you. I start with a lean cut of bacon and cook it long at a lower temperature to create a bacon jerky that strikes the ideal balance between lean and fat. Dive in and enjoy! GERONIMO! -
Nesco... spray butter oil non stick, tray just one... make the tray the BOTTOM one hwile making something else... now understand this tray will dump mega fat! yea! After an hour.. well this is a work in progress - I sprayed a mix of a few ounces of white vinegar and Wrights liquid smoke.
(proprietary) and in an hour fresh crack will be added. Cant wait to see how this turns out.
