Without going into all the details, I'm getting someone else's junk emails.

With that said, for the last few days I've been getting emails from a site called interesting facts. Today was "10 of the worlds weirdest borders." I thot our resident map expert might be interested so here it is.

Haven't gotten anything interesting as yet. I know when he was shopping for a new car, looking for a hotel room, stuff like that. I assume he's single as he signed up for an account with Match.com so every day I get pictures of women younger than me looking for love. :)

I know about #1,4,5,6 and 8. I'm calling foul on 10 as bogus. I'll have to look up the rest.

Here's a other good one. What country has the longest border with France? The answer is Brazil. This is because French Guyana in South America is part of France. Most people think it is a separate country (like Suriname and Guyana) or semi independent territory (like French Polynesia). But it is actually a part of France, no different than the part in Europe. The country of France also includes Guadeloupe and Martinique (Caribbean), and Mayotte and Reunion (Indian Ocean). But these are islands with no terrestrial borders.

I did a thru hike of the Main Street section of the AT in Hanover. May have been a Slowest Known Time, given the ice cream and book store.

Dogs are excellent judges of character, this fact goes a long way toward explaining why some people don't like being around them.

When I passed through Hanover in 2019 it was the slowest bit of that section hike because folks on the street kept stopping me to chat, including the traffic warden. :)

Do not know how many times exactly I have been to Buffalo, but I do know none of them compared to 2 of my 3 times at Mt Washington. :/
