Only problem is you have to plan ahead and order them as they aren't sold in stores.
But they are very tasty and in my opinion worth the effort and money -

But! WOO has inspired me to make some Mac and cheese. I have cheese powder. Im thinkin’ some dehydrated broccoli? Some bacon or pepperoni? My issue is the milk. Can’t use Nido. Maybe water with the cheese powder and fresh, grated cheese?Lost in the right direction. -

I love lemon juice in my Mac and cheese. Sounds weird but it’s good.
Dehydrated Broccoli is cut very small into pieces no bigger than a penny.Be wise enough to walk away from the nonsense around you! -
I’ve dehydrated macaroni before. Here is a good tutorial/experiment.

in our area we can get dehydrated soup vegetables. They are minced very small. I have a bag and will throw a couple of Tsps in just about any meal. They are a Dutch product in the import section. It helps that I live in the center of the largest Dutch imigrant community in the US.
