Just wanted to let you all know that Fort Bastion is no more. A partner Trubrit had when he first started & bailed has come back after five year, sued & won. He has to sign over the deed to her. We have untill June 1st to remove any personal property from there. It sucks. I hate to see it go with all the work & dreams that was put into the place. I loved the time I got to spend there! Between hikers hosted or just the serenity of my time there alone. I'll miss it all.

Sorry to hear that Mike, really sounded like a great place. You have until June, right?, will you be there during June?, I'd like to come up and share a bottle of whisky with you.

I'm sorry that Fort Bastian is closing. That sucks on many levels.
Question: was the partner an investor or a domestic partner who was kind of like common law? -

The road to glory cannot be followed with much baggage.
