I decided to stop using the sore knee as an excuse to not exercise, got in 60 minutes today, did 20 minutes on the stairstepper, 20 minutes on the elliptical and 20 minutes on a cycle....I'm ready for a nap.I may grow old but I'll never grow up.

I'm gonna skip the nap and just go to bed. -

Sounds like it might help with my arthritis, but I have always tried to avoid taking any type of medicine on an ongoing basis due to potential side effects.
I always take Advil (Vitamin I) with me when I am hiking, but hope there are no serious side effects. Especially when out for multiple weeks.
Reluctantly taking Oxycodone at night now, but it helps me to sleep. The road to glory cannot be followed with much baggage.

My buddies and I went on our 1st annual "Nobody got married this year but we're still having a bachelor party camping trip" over the weekend.
Best quote of the weekend was "Hey Dave, there's cold bacon on the roof of Don's car if you want any."
And yes, of course we finished the bacon.Dogs are excellent judges of character, this fact goes a long way toward explaining why some people don't like being around them. -
