I suspect everyone is different. I lost a dog when I was a minor. I told my neighbors, I cried, and then I was fine. I've been sleeping in a OR Helium body bag plus two layers of nylon (jackets and pants). The weather is too warm for a sleeping bag, liner, blanket, or even a sheet. I shiver a little in early morning, but get up before the sun, sometimes at 4:30 AM.
