1 rdb.recipe.ingredient.type.Each Tomatoes w/green chilis
0.5 rdb.recipe.ingredient.type.Each Onion
1 Pound Ground Turkey
1 Package Chili spices
1 rdb.recipe.ingredient.type.Each Chili beans
1 rdb.recipe.ingredient.type.Each Black beans
1 rdb.recipe.ingredient.type.Each Bell pepper
Preperation
  • Cook the ground turkey, add the remaining ingredients, and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Do not add water, this should be thick.
  • Pour 1.5 cups of chili onto four, fruit roll sheets or parchment paper and spread evenly.
  • Dehydrate according to your dehydrator's instructions and put each 1.5 cup portion in a freezer bag for storage.
  • When ready to eat, rehydrate in a cook pot or freezer bag with 1.5-2 cups hot water. Serve with Fritos and cheese.
  • Makes 4 generous portions.
  • Suggestion: add 1 cup of cooked quinoa to the chili before dehydrating.

    I know it is an old post but in the recipe what does rdb stand for ?

      Hmmm, I don't know. There's a few glitches in the recipe section. I think I chose "each" since there's not a choice for "can".

    I need to thickin' up my chili. Do you spread it out on parchment paper to dehydrate?
