It has been a few years, but I remember going up and climbing over rocks on Albert Mountain being tougher than going down. But the point, I am sure that is nothing like the Whites and NH/ME.
i agree. unless hb had a really really bad knee day, i'd guess that he either misremembered or perhaps slacked that section sobo.
I should of quit after that day instead of pushing another 24, maybe I wouldn't have tore the knees up so bad but, I was havin' fun even with all the pain. I pretty much knew going into it I wasn't gonna get far because of the knee issues before that on other trails but I wanted to go and try anyway. I gotta new plan and style in the works that should be fun too.
