Now that I won't be doing the commute from Hell I'm considering a new car.
My shopping requirements would be seating for at least 4 adults and room for a large dog in the back.
Considering the good service I got from my 2002 Subaru, with over 410,000 miles, I'd probably look at Subarus first. -

Dogs are excellent judges of character, this fact goes a long way toward explaining why some people don't like being around them. -

I have a buddy that works in the power industry He thinks it's entirely plausible that if the cost and efficiency of both solar panels and electric car batteries keep improving the way they are then it will likely become common for people to install panels on their house to charge their car battery during the day and then use the car battery to power their home at night, making them semi off grid by default.
He thinks that if technology advances enough, there could be a network of self producing smart grids that barely need input from outside power plants in many areas. These possibilities are all within the next decade are two.Dogs are excellent judges of character, this fact goes a long way toward explaining why some people don't like being around them. -

I thought he was gonna swoop down on a eighteen wheeler like a jet lined up for a carrrier landing complete with running lights...and then hit the bridge and fall into the unforgiving ocean that awaits below. Now that would have been a hoot, and also a bit of a tragedy.
Clean up, Route 7 -
As I am showing off my $120 dollar squirrel trap to my wife that is going to save me time & money - behind me is the Dodge Truck 4x4 1500 2015 that she just bought me. It is so big you have to climb into it. We need it to haul water (50-100 gallons) (830 Pounds+) and Termaticide and pumping equipment. She is so helpful! Its $75 dollars to fill up. Maybe on a good day 17 miles to the gallon.Be wise enough to walk away from the nonsense around you!
