She's got twang and scruff.

Sore Feet Song- Ally Kerr
Sigh, this is one of my favorite songs for aimless meandering.Ally may not be a "chart topper"(yet) but I wasn't sure which juke box category would fit.
this would go in unplugged, perfect for acoustic music you dont hear everyday.
pop crap is a category we throw the top 40 stuff into.
deep tracks is for the b sides and the cuts that you would never normally hear on the radio.its all good -

Youtube suggested their Dueling Banjo's video too, I'm glad I saw it:
(As a side note, eight year old me would have been really jealous of this kids room)
Dogs are excellent judges of character, this fact goes a long way toward explaining why some people don't like being around them. -

i read a news article which lamented the fact that jerry garcia was basically ignored by the band during the concerts. said there shoulda been some sort of tribute to him. as a non fan my impression is that garcia IS the dead; and some type of tribute should have been done.
saw another article that said they were thinking of having a jerry garcia hollogram during the concert. didn't happen; but that woulda been cool.
not gonna argue music with anyone, suffice it to say we all have our own tastes. i personally think the greatful dead sucks. bunch of no talent hacks. but i have satellite radio and the chicago concerts were free. so i listened sat nite to/from the grocery store. sunday night i had a pretty good drive so i listened again.
and my opinion changed.
they are worse than i remembered.
i'll stick with jimmy buffett.2,000 miler -

While I MAY be biased because I'm highly enamored of these ladies, I think they knocked this cover out of the park. Not claiming by any stretch of imagination that they outdid the Stones, but it's a damn fine cover and tribute.
