It is always like that. During Christmas week we had than warm patch......they were below........as soon as we got this vortex they warmed up.Cheesecake> Ramen -
Woke early, around 5am...turned the morning news on and had coffee and they start talking bout "possible snow" coming our way...I open the front door and see a dusting and it coming down. So, i shower and figure lets get to work now before it gets really bad! Took me about 2 hours to travel about 30 miles (because NO ONE knows how to drive in the snow!!!!) when i hear on the radio that there is a 90 minute delay on the GWB, which at the rate I was traveling would have taken me about another hour to get to....So I said F it , turned around and took a snow day! Now its beautiful sunny and the roads are fine! What a waste!RIAP

I am getting ready to take a car battery for a walk, but it is snowing, cold, and windy. The nuts are rusted to the tie-down bolts.
WD40 help any?
Thanks, but I did not have any. I cut the side of one nut with my Dremel tool. I twisted it off with slip-joint pliers. I only lost a little bit of the threads on the bolt. I carried the battery 1/2 a mile to the nearest auto service place in my REI pack, padded with sweat pants. I carried the replacement back in like manner, and installed it using the cut nut. It should hold long enough to get a replacement nut, if I don't corner or brake hard.I am human and I need to be loved - just like everybody else does -

AR, so probably same longitude, just a different latitude (I hope I got that right). Otherwise just a few hundred miles west. The road to glory cannot be followed with much baggage.

Have to be positive and make the most of what you have. Light showers better than pouring rain and wintry mix of this past weekend. If waiting for the perfect weather would not be able to get out there for a while, and be more like waiting for Godot. The road to glory cannot be followed with much baggage.

Negative 15 F when I checked before I left for work this morning. Beautiful and sunny, but I wore facemask and goggles for the walk in.I'm not lost. I know where I am. I'm right here.
