Alexa Not Good with the Appalachian Trail

If you have the Amazon Alexa system and ask certain questions about the Appalachian Trail and it's wrong, for example:

Alexa, where is the Appalachian Trail? And the answer is: The AT is a path in Georgia. That's it

And if you ask, the states it runs thru, it will not answer that, but I did once get it to name four of the states, depending on how I phrase the question...

I wonder how many other subjects this thing is faulty on?

You are asking the wrong questions. Ask about one of the Kardashians, Birth Dates, Hights, net worth. Ask about the Clintons or Obama's.

I think alexa is stupid

Was given one several years ago...couldnt even tell you where it is. I used it gor maybe a week to check temp in morning.

When my son was in HS, he and football team were working out in the weightroom at school on Saturday.
Listening to music he was streaming over stereo in weightroom from his spotify.

I walked to doorway of his bedroom at home, and said Echo, play Tiny Tim.

He called me a minute later kind of upset

This came up a few weeks back when i was visiting him and tried to command his alexa.....

Dude actually could sing good...outside of that falsetto....and being a bizarre personality. And he was .....bizarre....an capitalized on it.

He couldnt compose/write, and i dont know how he managed to sell albums though..

Alexa is so incredibly useful that I don't want to imagine being without her.

After having Alexa in the living room for a couple years I added a 2nd one for the bedroom.
