Yup that's what it looks like... nope - not one milligram of beef... lies - lies lies..... Total garbage,,, now - Here is how to change this cheap $2 Dinner into real trail food.
Take 1 and a 1/2 pounds of ground beef and brown it at home. In a pot - Stir or if stuck, grab the potato smasher. Get it hot. - Absolutely DO NOT DRAIN. Do not add salt - DO not add anything yet. Now add hot or tepid water 3 cups. Toss in the dry mix. Add Low sodium quality Kikoman or Lea - Perrins Worcestershire - less than a teaspoon. Continue for ten+ minutes to stir as you cross into 5 minutes in... add frozen winter blend frozen veggies.. yea peas and carrots with other unmentionables. Season with fresh crack and anything without salt. IF you want more flavor add a tablespoon of your favorite hot sauce.
Get the dehydrator ready with the fruit trays.
Set the timer 130 ° and 6 hours. + makes 6 servings ( six trays) . - glad bag the results and they appear to be 500 kcal.
