It seems that a goat-human hybrid genetically engineered by USDA scientists has been traveling the country killing hikers, especially in the east near the location where this monster was created in Beltsville MD. This hits close to home because I grew up in Beltsville and my father was one of the research scientists at the USDA labs where Goatman was created. At 2:15 in the video you see the National Agricultural Library in Beltsville. When I was growing up, I could see that building from my backyard. Of course, given those connections, maybe I am Goatman
