The fact that you posted that number tells me you are going to succeed. People are not that open unless they are sure they can tell a better story soon. Let me be the first to congratulate you on your success. Tell us when that number begins with a 1.Non hikers are about a psi shy of a legal ball. -

I'll be with you on this one coach, except I wont be freezing my ass off in that park.

Thanks DB. The injections appear to be working. They've allowed me to be able to start moving again. I've been working on restrengthening them and in turn the weight is coming off. When I couldn't walk I became sedentary and all I was doing was eating. I'm glad I waited to see the surgeon I did and glad she directed me to this alternative method. Got a long way to go but I'll get there. Like everybody says - the trail ain't goin' nowhere, and when I'm ready I'll do it like Frank.Changes Daily→ ♪♫♪♫♪♫♪♫ ♪♫♪♫♪♫ ← Don't blame me. Who said it...Besides me. -
It's not worth making any kind of resolution over, but I'm surely wanting to continue (and maybe even expand) getting out to hike! I'm now around 185 lb, down from nearly 230 two-and-a-half years ago. And all I really changed in lifestyle was getting out and walking more. (I took up walking to work when my daughter got her driver's license - and I figured that walking to work with a backpack would be at least some training for hiking.)
So here's a silly resolution: Get to 25 out of 39 climbs for the Catskill 3500 Club. It should be lots of fun trying for this one (even if climb #17 was wretched weather, I loved it anyway), AND help keep me healthy.I'm not lost. I know where I am. I'm right here. -

Glad for ya, ATM. Hope everything works out for ya. Hope you reach your target weight too, coach.
