The road to glory cannot be followed with much baggage.

The more things change, the more they stay the same. A lot of truth in these simple lyrics. Crank it up. Some great guitar work and vocals:
"Dazed and Confused"
Recycle, re-use, re-purpose
Plant a tree
Take a kid hiking

Attended one of Tina's 50th Anniversary concerts and was impressed with her drive and stage presence. I was initially reluctant to attend but at the insistence of a lady friend relented. She must of been in her mid 60s at the time.
Understand she relinquished US citizenship and is now a Swiss citizen. Wondered what prompted that action?

41 years ago yesterday MTV started.
Here is the very first 2 hours of MTV (minus a couple songs that had to be deleted becasue they couldn't get clearance from the artists). Starting with the Buggles "Video Killed the Radio Star" (what a perfect video to start off with) to Juice Newton "Angel of the Morning" (who went from pop to country and kinda sorta reminded me of someone else who went from country to pop) and a bunch of stuff inbetween, including, among others, a very young Rod Steward in a sailor suit. I streamed this to my TV for the 2 hours it lasts.
l first learned of MTV as the gym I belonged to at the time played MTV on the TVs in the weight area.
