    when I lived in VA I had connections with sawmills and had a dump truck load of mulch flickered every year...kind of enjoyed working with it...had three kids and wife for help.

    we adopted two rescue dogs this past month...I have high hopes the last one, Spud, will start hiking with me soon, still has those needle sharp baby teeth.

    I have one of those fancy little chairs but I find nothing more comfortable than a foam pad on the ground and a nice tree to lean against...the trees determine when I put a fire ring.

    If you are a gov't worker, teacher, etc. getting paid whether you work or not you dont care if the shut down never stops...if you are a guy with 3-4 kids to feed, mortgage to pay, bills to pay you want this shyt to end yesterday...the haves dont understand that if this continues long enough they will also become the have nots.

    I sleep in the basement every night, in a hammock, wife told me there was a bad storm but I never heard it, went to bed at 7:00, woke up 7.5 hours later, had a great nights sleep, bigger the storm, better I sleep.
