Speaking of leases..... I currently have a 2013 Toyota Tacoma that I bought from my B-I-L. The only reason I bought it is because he made a big down payment on it and offered it to me for his payoff. I did some research and you couldn't find a comparable truck for under $32K and he only owed $21K on it.....couldn't resist that one. I've actually grown somewhat fond of the thing, lol. Anyway, one of my survey clients just leased a 2015 for $27K, well below sticker..... He's paying right at $300/m…
