PostQuote from Astro: “Leadership Lessons Learned from Karel Sabbe (AT Record) knoxnews.com/story/money/busin…r-karel-sabbe/1369377002/ ” Lot of annoying pop-ups in that link- ones that my security system wouldn't block. But he did fly down the trail. I just can't see the fun in that.

I gladly accept any senior citizen discounts I get. Even got one at the grocery/deli back in Salisbury, CT when hiking the AT a few summers ago. ” Yep. The Highway Man, A Longmire Story by Craig Johnson. It's about my sixth book by him that I've read, and he's got about that many more that I'll chew thru after this one. Current time mysteries that take place in and around Indian reservations in Wyoming. Really good stuff.

I'm continuing onward with my Western mysteries. I've had to go to the other library in town because I've pretty much exhausted the supply at the first one. Yeah it's a small town and I'm glad it is.

Looks like it's going to miss us here in VA. Just a few inches of rain. However NC will get hammered. I'm glad I went to Ocracoke in July because the Outer Banks are expected to get 25 to 30 foot waves, might not be too much left of Hatteras and Ocracoke. Rasty I hope you stay safe down there in NC.

PostQuote from Astro: “As quiet as this place has been this weekend, I hope it is because everyone was out hiking. ” Headed to the beach. Gonna drink golden beverages, smoke a couple ceegars, ride my bike about a zillion times through the campground, and maybe do a little boogie boarding.
