I feel your pain. My yellow lab is in her December...she'll be 11 in a couple of months...the kids are braced for it...the steady, relentless progression towards the final curtain is very painful to observe. Very sorry for your loss. Don't be surprised if you dream of her bark. I still dream of Bootsie's meow a year after the coyotes got her...wakes me up sometimes...
