I've got a couple pairs of Kuhl's that work really well. Pretty durable with no rips, good number of pockets with ample space. Not too tight and not too lose.

Not so much the remains of the poor bird. ” nice bike. I have a 900 vulcan custom but I'd love to have a concours. I guess I should add motorcycles to my list as well. It's winter and easy to forget.

Worn glasses since I was in 8th grade. Tried contacts for a while but just didn't like the upkeep. I'm going to try the Cat Crap. I always have problems with fogging and end up hiking blind with my glasses in my pocket. I can kinda see, shapes, large rocks, trees, rocks that look like bears, the trail. Many times I've started to pass up the campsite just to have friends yell at me for missing the sign.

I don't even care that their camo but hey! here in East TN you can't have too much camo. Before this year I had 1 piece, a game vest for hunting rabbits, squirrels, ect. I think I'll go ahead and get the icebreakers. It looks like a solid product and I'll use it other times of the year. When hiking I'm usually good in just pants during the winter, but they would be primarily for camp and sleeping in.

I've hiked for years without using a bottom baselayer, and I've decided this year it just might be worth it. Do I just go out and buy the first pair of baselayer tights I can find? Of course not, I research... as in ask you guys. What kind of baselayer do you use, brand, ect. I've been looking at Icebreaker and they have a sale going on so it would be a good time to pick some up. I'm looking for something to use under my pants for really cold days. I've looked at the Oasis leggings and the Ika l…

total nights on the trail... drumroll..... 4? I didn't think it was right till I checked my log. What a disappointing year. Good thing the woods are still there for me to try again. and this year, I'm going to do it! (maybe) I did however: start learning to play violin (not in public, you're welcome), made it on a hiker bums hike, bought a new car and a new kayak, and watched a lot ... of ... netflix.... I believe I have found where I went astray. Darn technology making my life harder. This year…

You could try spraying them down at the car wash with the high pressure hose. It gets clay out of jerseys and ball pants. Only way I found to get those clean. If nothing else it's worth a shot.
