    1) At Home - Combine all ingredients except the cheeses, water and olive oil into a zip lock bag 2) Bring water to a simmer and add all ingredients except cheese and olive oil. 3) Simmer for 5 minutes then set in a cozy to allow flavors to meld together. 4) Stir in cheese and olive oil

    1) At Home combine all ingredients except olive oil, water, chorizo and hot sauce in a ziploc bag 2) Combine all ingredients in camp and simmer for 20 minutes. Variation - Substitute with instant rice and add a pinch of saffron threads.

    1) Combine all ingredients except the sausage and olive oil in a zip lock bag 2) Mix all ingredients with water in pot with cold water. 3) Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 to 12 minutes (Unless your a heathen that uses instant rice) 4) Let sit for another 10 minutes to allow the rice to fully cook and for the vegetables to fully hydrate. I know that andouille is traditionally the right sausage to use but I have not seen any one ounce portion packs. Calories - 680 Dry Weight - 5.6 ounces
